Cancellations must be made before 12:00 pm hotel time, 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night’s room.
Small Group (3 to 5 rooms)
In order for a small-group reservation to be confirmed, a deposit of the first night of the stay for all rooms in the booking, including taxes, is required.
Cancellations for small groups must be made before 12:00 pm hotel time, 10 days prior to arrival to avoid a charge of the first night of stay for all rooms in the booking.
Large Group (6+ rooms)
In order for a large group reservation to be confirmed, a 50% deposit of the full stay, including taxes, is required.
Reservations canceled for large groups within 10 days prior to arrival incur a penalty of 25% of the full stay, including taxes.
Reservations canceled for large groups within 5 days prior to arrival incur a penalty of 50% of the full stay, including taxes.
NO SHOWS – If your party does not cancel your large group reservation and does not show up, the card on file will be charged for the full amount of the stay for all rooms, including taxes.
Credit Card Charges & Pre-Authorizations
Callie’s Beach House reserves the right to pre-authorize the full charge of the booking 72 hours prior to arrival. This is only a pre-authorization; no charge has been made to your account.
Callie’s Beach House can charge the credit card on file for the following:
- Any damage done to the hotel room in which you stayed that is discovered after your departure
- The cost of any additional cleaning/repair(s), above and beyond the norm, that is needed for the room to be brought back to the state it was in prior to your arrival
- Any bar or restaurant tab(s) that were not closed prior to your departure
